6. All Sales Are Final: At Stain’D, we take pride in delivering high-quality work to our customers. Due to the unique one-of-a-kind pieces created, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the artwork arrives damaged. In the rare event your artwork does arrive damaged, please contact staindartworks@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. 6.2 Provide clear photos of the damaged piece along with packaging. 6.3 We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. 

 

7. Order Changes and Cancellations: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout.
